community guidelines
General
Hook (the “Service” or “Hook”) is a social music application that enables its users (the “Users”) to remix their favorite songs using AI-driven tools and create a community of fans that appreciate, share and connect over their favorite remixes.
The following Community Guidelines (“Guidelines”) when read with Hook’s Terms of Use, are intended to ensure that all Users experience the Service in a safe and enjoyable manner by setting out a few rules and standards when using the Service and communicating with other users.
These Guidelines apply to everyone who uses the Service. We will work to apply these Guidelines consistently across the entire Service and will enforce them using a combination of human moderation and various technologies.
Any content - whether a username, a display photo, videos, audio, texts, images or comments – (collectively referred to as “Your Materials” or “Content”) that violate these Guidelines will be removed by Hook and the account holders will be notified. If the violation is severe or the User is a repeat offender, we may remove the User from the Service and delete their account entirely.
