Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst Intern to join our team. As an intern, you’ll work alongside product, marketing, content and corporate development teams to support key business initiatives through data-driven insights. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from experienced team members, contribute meaningfully to projects, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Data Collection & Cleaning: Assist in gathering and cleaning data from various sources to ensure accuracy and usability.
Insights & Reporting: Help analyze datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights for various departments.
Dashboard Development: Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards to track metrics and KPIs.
Documentation: Maintain clear and organized documentation of data processes and findings.
Ad-Hoc Analysis: Respond to one-off requests for data insights to support ongoing initiatives.
Qualifications
Educational Background: Enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in data science, statistics, computer science, economics, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Basic proficiency in SQL for querying data.
Familiarity with data visualization tools like Mixpanel, Tableau, Looker etc.
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
Bonus: Exposure to Python or R for data analysis.
Analytical Mindset: Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to solve problems through data.
Communication Skills: Ability to present findings in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Team Player: Enthusiastic about learning and collaborating in a fast-paced startup environment.
Eagerness to Learn: Open to new challenges, with a proactive attitude toward acquiring new skills.
